What you are buying
The Shopfront: one finished webpage that covers who you are, services, hours, location, phone, and a clear next step (usually a link to your existing booking tool such as Booksy, Fresha, Square Appointments, or a call button).
Included
- Written and designed one-page site (we design the layout for you, then finish it for live)
- Use of assets you supply (logo, photos, copy notes)
- On-page basics (title, description, headings, image alt text)
- Handover of the finished page to your agreed URL (your domain and hosting)
- One round of changes on the preview, then sign-off
Not included
- Extra pages
- E-commerce / payment carts
- Rebuilding your booking system
- SEO retainers, ads, or ongoing marketing
- New photography, video, or logo redesign
- Domain registration, hosting or servers, and DNS setup (you pay and set these up)
- Care / tweaks after go-live (optional separate product)

After the first 20 Shopfronts, the standard price is A$1,299 including GST unless we agree otherwise in writing. Invoice is in the name Marc Casis (sole trader).

Freeze, deposit, and the build clock
- We agree scope in writing (WhatsApp or email). Your YES is the freeze.
- We send a Stripe link for the A$500 deposit including GST.
- The five business days start only when all three are true: deposit cleared on Stripe, your required assets received, and freeze YES received.
- If any one is missing, the clock has not started. We will tell you which item is outstanding.
- We design the layout for you, then finish it for the live Shopfront.
- You get one round of changes on the preview. Tell me everything you want in one go. Then you sign off. Further changes are a new paid job.
- Business day means Monday to Friday, Sydney time. Weekends and public holidays do not count.

Your assets
You supply what we need to finish the page (for example: business name, services, hours, address, phone, booking link, logo, photos you have rights to use).
If assets arrive late, the SLA pauses until they arrive or you waive missing items in writing.
You confirm you have the right to use all materials you send. You keep ownership of your brand and content. We may show the finished page later only with your consent.

Hosting and domain
You own your domain. You own the hosting account. Both are in your name, paid by you, from day one.
If you already have them, I will tell you exactly what to change and where. If you do not have them, I will tell you what to buy before we start, and set it up in your name. It is a small yearly cost and it is paid by you directly, not through me.
This is deliberate. It means the page is genuinely yours, and you are never locked to me to keep your own website online.

Revisions and aftercare
You get one round of changes on the preview. Tell me everything you want in one go. Then you sign off. Preference changes outside scope, or further changes after sign-off, are a new paid job.
After go-live there is no free support pack. Small ongoing tweaks are optional ROSD Care (quoted separately) or a new job.

Deposit, refunds, and delays
- Deposit is due before build.
- Once the clock has started, the deposit is non-refundable, except if we miss the agreed SLA by more than two business days for reasons that are not asset delay or something on your side.
- If you do not like the look of the preview, you get your revision round. If we still cannot agree after that, we stop there and the balance is not payable.
- Chargeback defence may use: freeze YES, scope notes, previews, Stripe receipts, and asset timestamps.

We may ask to show your page as an example of our work. You can say no. Opt out any time by message.

Limit of liability
We build a webpage. We do not guarantee search rankings, booking volume, or revenue. Our liability for this job is limited to the fees you paid for this Shopfront.
Acceptance
How you accept
Reply YES to the freeze message that links these terms, then pay the Stripe deposit when sent. That is acceptance for this job.
